On April 8, 2024, anticipation hangs in the air as a pioneering mission stands poised to unfold. At precisely 1:16 PM, amidst a hushed atmosphere, a weather balloon, will embark on an unprecedented odyssey towards the space. A weather balloon will be released to capture stunning footage of the eclipse.
With its trajectory set and its payload strapped in, the weather balloon stands for launch.Through the lens of its state-of-the-art camera, it will capture stunning images of the total solar eclipse.
At 1:16 PM, as the Earth plummets into the moon's shadow, the team watches with our fingers crossed, their hearts racing as they hope for a successful launch.
And so, as the weather balloon launches, it travels 1000 KM in 18 hours.
